Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Coaching & Consultation

The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, complete the refund request form and submit. The Client must clearly state their decision to cancel, and the reason for said cancellation.

Reimbursement for refunds will be provided by the original payment method, and at the discretion of Ebiere Bolu. A 5% transaction fee of the refund amount will apply and be subtracted from all refunds. 

​

For Coaching Clients who pay monthly, if the Client cancels after beginning sessions and/or receiving services with Ebiere Bolu, no refund will be granted for that month. Clients will not have the right to cancel or request a refund after the services have been fully performed (after all sessions or services have been completed).

Please note that a full refund may not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • If the client requests a refund for 1 out of 3 months. This is because the price of 3 month coaching is cheaper per month than for a single month of coaching so you will be subject to additional charges. 

  • If the client requests a refund during a coaching month, even if the service has not been used. This is because a place has been held by the client that could have been used by another client.

Payment Plans

If you are not completely satisfied with your investment and are on a payment plan, you may request we stop collecting on future payments. (It is rare, but it does happen that a coach and client may be ill-matched and it is best for both parties to go their separate ways.)

If you are on a payment plan and you decide to stay in the program, you are responsible for completing your monthly payments. If your payment lapses, we will give you a 7-day grace period to complete your payment or send us your new information. If you do not get your information up-to-date during that grace period, access will be suspended. 

 

Lapsed Services

We understand life happens and circumstances may prevent you from starting or even completing your coaching within an appropriate timeline. However, if you pay for coaching services and fail to start or have your initial session within one (1) month of your initial payment, you forfeit any payments received and no refunds will be issued. 

Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 48 hours notice in advance of your session.

Digital products

There are no refunds issued for digital products.

We recommend contacting us if you have any questions before you purchase or for assistance if you experience any issues receiving, accessing, or downloading our products.

A great deal of energy, time, thought, and heart goes into preparing for our calls together. If you’re late for your appointment, you lose that time. If you don’t show, you’ll still be charged in full. In turn, we promise to honour our appointments and be on time as well.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behaviour on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behaviour from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behaviour from the Client. Ebiere Bolu will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of Ebiere Bolu, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.
